Guilt Free Snacks

Enjoy – Each is 100 calories or fewer!



  • 1 small banana

  • 3 cups air-popped popcorn – add a little cayenne pepper for a kick

  • 25 pistachio nuts

  • 10 dried apricot halves

  • 15 mini pretzels

  • 1 Jello-fat-free pudding snack

  • 2 oz. low-fat cheese

  • 2 bread sticks

  • 10 regular potato chips

  • 3 graham cracker squares

  • 1 medium apple

  • 12 reduced-fat Wheat Thins

  • 24 baby carrots

  • 33 grapes
